Trevona LTD arranges stays in private homes in Cyprus. This page says what we keep when you write to us, and why.

What you send

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, and message. You can also give a phone number, dates, the number of guests, and whether you want a short stay or a longer one. If you name a house, we keep that too.

Why we keep it

We use those details to reply, to suggest a home, and to agree a stay. We do not sell them, and we do not pass them to an advertising list.

Who can see it

The people who run Trevona LTD. The company that hosts this website stores the page and the enquiry so the site can work. If you write by email or WhatsApp, that message sits with the service you used to send it.

How long

We keep an enquiry while it is needed to answer you, and as a record of a stay that was discussed. Write through the contact page if you want us to correct or delete what we hold about you.

The public site

Reading the homes does not ask you to open an account. The private admin area, used only by Trevona, keeps a sign-in for the person who manages the site. That sign-in is described on the Cookie Policy page.
